Data is encrypted, both in transit and at rest, to state-of-the-art standards (AES-256). Our infrastructure undergoes regular penetration testing, and we apply a strict vulnerability management policy across every component of the solution, including third-party integrations.

User access is managed through customised roles and permissions, ensuring data security and aligning usage with business roles.

Yes. Indao is built on recognised industrial standards, meets IT/OT requirements (security, access, traceability) and integrates with existing industrial architectures.

Indao connects natively to the most widely used industrial standards, including OPC UA, MQTT, BACnet, and Modbus TCP/IP. For older systems (notably OPC DA), proven gateways enable integration without any modification to your existing equipment.

A local buffering mechanism guarantees that no data is lost in the event of an outage: collection continues locally, and data is automatically retransmitted once the connection is restored.

Yes, through a documented API that provides access to both raw data and indicators already computed by the platform, with development kits available to ease integration.
